PDKI Delegation Joins Vienna Seminar on Syria’s Future
On November 24, a delegation from the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan(KDPI) attended a seminar in Vienna titled “Where Is Syria Heading?” Organized by the Self-Administration of North and East Syria in Austria and the Education Academy of the Austrian Social Democratic Party, the event brought together Austrian and Kurdish political figures.
The PDKI delegation, comprised of Mohammad Faqe Ali and Arif Gharibi, shared the party’s views and discussed developments in Iran and Eastern Kurdistan with officials, including Alexander Acker of Vienna’s city parliament, Fuad Omar of the PYD, and Heidi Sequenz of the Green Party. The delegation also exchanged perspectives with Ari Milan of the Self-Administration and Dr. Noor Janub of the Shams human rights organization.
