Urban PDKI Peshmerga units carried out a successful military operation against Iran’s terrorist Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) outside the city of Shno (Oshnavieh).<\/p>\n
On August 21, 2017 at 21:30, urban Peshmerga units carried out a military operation on the road outside the village of Balagir and Derbend, located outside Shno. A soldier of Iran’s terrorist IRGC by the name of Fatah Mamel was killed in the operation.<\/p>\n
Mamel was one of the IRGC terrorists who ambushed a PDKI Peshmerga platoon in Qareseqer last year. In the clashes in Qeresqer more than 10 IRGC terrorist were killed, including a high ranking IRGC commander. Unfortunately 6 Peshmergas were martyred in Qereseqer. After the clashes Mamel emptied several magazines of bullets into the body of martyred Peshmerga platoon commander Kemal Xizri.<\/p>\n
